Here we go!!! DISNEYLAND!!!
This was us on the shuttle on our way into the park. I did Sophie's "Ears" in the car on the way there.

See how cute her bow turned out?
Brad met us at the front gate with one of his co-workers and got us all in except David. We paid for him.
The decorations were awesome! Pumpkins EVERYWHERE!

The very first thing we saw when we walked in was Minnie Mouse. Sophie ran straight over to her to get her autograph on the picture that she had drawn of her. And because they were twins!

Bert, Mary Poppins and GOOFY!

I ran over with the boys to see Pluto.
Then we went over to the City Hall building to see if we could get Shayne a birthday pin and use the bathroom before we got started. While the boys were waiting they climbed up on the firetruck and played around. I don't think they were supposed to but no one we watching.
She was a little excited.
And we're off!
After a quick photo with Walt and Mickey Brad went back to work and we spent half the day in Frontier land.
The first ride we hit was Big Thunder Mountain! David did not like it the first time around. But after 3 more times it ended up being his favorite ride of the entire trip. Us in front of the mountain, in line and then on the train.

Then we had to go over to the Tiki Room and get a Dole Pineapple Smoothy.
The Tiki Room always reminds me of Scott Wells. It was his favorite place to be.

This was Shayne's favorite because it reminded her of her Maori friends.
Then Joel's favorite ride...The Jungle Cruise.
Random crazy selfies
.

Look who we found! PECKS! Up in the Tarzan tree were Aunt Barb and Uncle Ken. Melissa and her two youngest and Rachel, her husband and kids, Adam, Maria and their 3 kids, and Josh and his family were all there. It was awesome!
There was a great view from up that high.
Shayne had a little miracle of her own right there in Disneyland. I think she was missing Australia a little so the Lord gave her a tender mercy and sent over the Waihi and LaMarr's. She and Sophie were just walking down the road on their way to meet up with us at the Haunted House when they literally walked right into Tori and Regan LaMarr. Twin 15 year olds from the Mandurah Ward.
Here are Damien and Daile Waihi. Their mom and step dad. Awesome people!
Shayne went off with them to spend some time and we went to Pooh's Corner.

Then we met back up with her for just in time for Splash Mountain!
We went into one of the shops over by Indiana Jones and there was a magic lamp that Sophie put 2 quarters in so it could tell her her future. It was pretty funny. It told her that it she would win a gold medal at the Greek Olympics but that she wouldn't be there to receive it because the event would be javelin catching. Then is sprayed out smoke and it surprised her. It was awesome!
Then we FINALLY decided to leave Frontier Land and go over to Tomorrow Land and went to Space Mountain. I am not a fan. Regan caught back up with us though. His family went back to their hotel and he hung out with us for a couple hours.

When we finally got over to Tomorrow Land everyone got in line for Astro Blasters and us girls ran over to see who we could see really fast in Pixie Hollow. By the time we got there, it was closed. So the girls got a quick picture and a promise to come back the last day and we ran back.
Brad caught up with us long enough to go on Buss Lightyear's ride with us. Notice his score. He cheats.
We met a new friend on the Materhorn name was Cade. He said "My name's Cade like Arcade" and he was trying to solve a Rubik Cube. We became instant friends with him. He was a local and had a season pass. So we hung out with us for awhile too. He was Shayne's age. Nice kid.
It's A Small World was the last ride before Cade left for the night and Regan's family came back to pick him up. It was fun to watch Regan because each ride was brand new for him. Magical!

Once again, Shayne's favorites, Aussie's and Kiwi's!
Shayne and Sophie walked Regan out and then came back and found us on Dumbo's ride.
Ben and Josh we being turds on it. Once the ride started the ducked down so I couldn't see them so I couldn't take any pictures of them. Turkeys.
Since the boys were already on the ride they got on the Dumbo that was sitting on the ground and had just as much fun.
Another great place to run into the Pecks!
Shayne just missed Uncle Ken in the picture. He was just to the left of me taking pictures.
Our last ride of the night was Peter Pan. As we were waiting in line I looked up to the front and saw, the one and only, Kobe Bryant. I didn't recognize him at first. I thought that he was a look a like. He was shorter, darker and had a weird shaped head from what I though Kobe would have. But I was wrong. It was him alright and Joel was stoked! Kobe was there with his wife and kids trying to have a nice time so no one shouted out his name or said anything stupid. Joel just snapped this picture at the right time.
But as you came out, Olaf was on the roof talking to everyone in line. It was incredible. He was adorable.
Finally we watched Fantasmic and then went back to Hess'.
Right as we were walking out we saw Trent Mills! One of Jandy's old Tuacahn students. So we took a picture to send to them. He looked great. We got back to Megan and Matthews around midnight and they, of course, were fast asleep. So, we crashed and had a good night's sleep.
